Brand Nova AI ("we", "us") runs brandnova-ai.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone number, business website, the pain points you pick, messages you send our AI assistant Nova by chat or text, and details you share on a call.
• Website scan results: when you enter a website, we read its public pages to build your scorecard.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To build and send your AI stack, price, scorecard and Deep AI Discovery report.
• To follow up by email, and by text message if you opted in to texts.
• To answer your questions, book calls, deliver the services you buy, and send account and billing messages.
• To keep the site secure and improve it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick "Text me my results" or "Text me updates", or text our number, we use your mobile number to send texts about your AI stack or Deep AI Discovery, answer your questions (some replies are written by our AI assistant, Nova), and arrange calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that deliver our texts and run our systems, as described below.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Brand Nova AI, under their own privacy and security terms: our website host, Stripe (payments), Telnyx (text messaging), Anthropic (the Claude AI that powers Nova and your reports), Google (email and calendar booking), and our CRM and email outreach provider. If you buy a stack, the software vendors we set up for you receive what they need to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and client records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting duties. Ask us any time to delete your information.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
• Stop texts by replying STOP.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing ray@brandnova-ai.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site, remember your session and process payments.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
